隨遇 illness 而不安, Negatine thinking - The drug by this practitioner is not good, only those limited colours of medicine every time, so many side effects.  Not much choices. No special drugs.   I don't like  his face. I hate this cough and I can't stand it. Hurry sickeness activated -  this edu-tisement looks promising (psychological -  hope, expectation),  I lost trust  in my practitioner, I need to find this new practitioner (negative emotion driven).

 Action (subconscious mind) speak louder than words (conscious mind) - mind body incongruent.

Positive thinking: Reduce stress by eliminating negative self-talk, can even improve your health

2) Open (flexible) mind for independence &  interdependence

Laughter is the best short term medicine, but it can be addictive and ruin health long term if indulged.

隨遇而安(平常心)、更樂,Positive thinking - I am using  the most evidence based scientific method for treating my disease from my practitioner. I seek  health and not disease, without Dis-EAse during Disease. I accept whatever had happened to me and focus on perfecting the process rather than result.   I know that spontaneous negative thinking  (neuro-plasticity) will produce stress hormones and activate my sympathetic nervous system for self sabotage (Seyle General Adaptation Syndrome), worsen my immune system (psycho-neuroimmunology), damage my working memory (closed mind) for better logical decision as to lead to negative driven decisions, damage my human relationship and trust.

I trust my practitioner but I found a more suitable one (positive emotion driven).

Action (subconscious mind) gradually follow words (conscious mind programming the subconscious) - mind body congruent - thinking, speaking means already doing inside the brain (proven science of neuro-plasticity in last decade).
