Health is adaptability to life, confidence (opposite of stress) of daily living in response to daily and future life events , confidence in doing the best during the process towards the goal (financial health, physical health, social health), not confidence in result:
1) Which mindset dominates your mind? Driving your body habitualy in good or bad direction?
a) protect health (self confidence, self esteem -your belief) against alleged disease/threat (really is advice) = fixed mindset, fight or flight response, negative self talk and negative external talk, stress hormone, dis-ease, stress illness ( conscious and subconscious), disease. "Why" attitude -fixed, attitude. Spread fear.
b) promote health - flexible mind , BE WATER MY FRIEND - BRUCE LEE (King of KingFu)。人望高處，水向低流。No habit (= awareness) is good habit. "Why Not"- change, attitude . Spread calm.

3) Negatve external health (diseased mind - behaviour - psychology - inflammation of brain cells)
negative talking - self-talking (habits)
negative body movement - self sabotage,
aggrressive towards outside.
Ultimate purpose of escalating negative driven behaviour is to relieve mental pain, not gain.
Where does stress come from? Financial pressures? Looming deadlines? Conflicts at work or at home? For more than half a century, we’ve been told that stress comes from circumstances like these, that it’s a by-product of our ancestors’ fight-or-flight response to danger, and that the best we can do, given the fast pace of life today, is to breathe, try to relax, and accept that life is hard.
Stress doesn’t come from your circumstances—it comes from your thoughts about your circumstances. More specifically, stress is created by a particular kind of thought that humans happen to excel at.
The most important antidote to stress—and the key to far greater resilience—is not exercise or physical relaxation, but finding these stress-producing thoughts and finally dismantling them.
Neuroplasticity proved that the fight or flight (stress) response can be curtailed through training. It can heal wide variety of today’s most common life challenges, including:
1) dis-eases (weight loss • money • success interpersonal conflict • addiction • traffic • divorce •
heartbreak • discrimination • anger uncertainty about the future • loss of a loved one) and
2) diseases esp when combined with modern body medicine.
With mind medicine knowledge (positive psychlogy, compassion, intelligence, humor) and body medicine (medical) knowledge.
Early Disease detection is better than treatment - material methods of investigation with technology
Disease Prevention is better than detection - behaviour methods of exercise to relieve stress or dis-ease, nutrition support.
Health promotion is better than disease prevention - mind changing methods towards positive emotion to avoid building up of stress or dis-ease.
Is disease prevention (mainly behaviour methods) equal to health promotion (mind methods)?
Should doctors just provide lip service of Health promotion during consultation and disease treatment to the extend that patients are led to focus the thoughts on treatment of disease, rather than treatment of dis-ease which is the cause, trigger, catalyst or result of most chronic disease under the bio-psychosocial model of disease? (Stress is never a cause of disease under the current bio-medical model of disease because it is not a material in biology) .
Law of attraction says that we attract to our life what ever we give our focus, attention in our minds, whether negative or positive. Law of attract on is more effective when applied within our own body which already has the cell network in place and is under our full control, whether conscious or subconscious.
Imagine there is half a glass of water. Positive thinker says it is half full and go to search for more water. Negative thinker says it is half empty and want to protect the remaining water by looking for cracks on the cup. After finding an uneven surface, he find the glasssmith to "repair" the fragile glass.
Protection is negative thinking about any life event and generate stress hormone. If protection against disease becomes conditioned in our subconscious, our subconscious will not be at-ease and needs action sooner or later to dissipate the energy, but made a biased decision (

The subconscious will seek cognitive congruence and any clues as possibility of disease depending on our knowledge or experience and proceed to take action , while the conscious mind is notfied half second later (Benjamin Libet, 1980s), if we do not have the other option of dis-ease in our mind.
If the glass represent life, and water represent health, the longerand more disease conscious (not health consciious) we are to protect our health through looking for disease, the more we feel negative about any discovery and seek confirmation to label it for treatment so as to self confirm and pull up our constantly falling health confidence level (especially for aging persons) periodically, and also dissipate our pend up negative emotion periodically to feel relax.
